WinMo yay (2009-10-02):
Please tell you have not abandoned this project? It was so cool!

Tim (2008-09-08):
Hey Komax, how are you? Can you please make the map scroll the other way round?

KoMaXX (2008-05-24):
By the way, it's "butt crack" ;)

KoMaXX (2008-05-23):
I'm working as fast as I can ;)
Tanks coming soon!

Flo (2008-04-22):
any screenshots of the hopefully nearly finished tank campaign?

Flo (2008-04-22):
whats "Arschritze" in English? Anyway, I saw the tomato-guy's one ;)
And yes, I kicked his ass ...

KoMaXX (2008-04-13):
Thanks for the feedback!

I'll try to figure something out!

kendars (2008-04-13):
No bug here either!! But here's a feature request: I can't see, where the units are looking on the screen. That makes attacking from behind hard! Could you do something there?

TazMan (2008-03-26):
woooooohooooooo!
I'm seriously famous now, am I?

kenders (2008-03-25):
Ok, I take it back =)

kendars (2008-03-24):
Nice, you point out the bugs. Of an unpublished version. Clever!!

kendars (2007-11-23):
Finally, a beta! Runs smoothly over here ;)

tom (from PpcDev) (2007-08-24):
Hey, what's up? I saw your pre-alpha and can't wait for a beta. Please keep working!!

KoMaXX (2007-07-02):
- just a test -

KoMaXX (2007-06-30):
Yes, it works :) SHOOOUUUT!

what?

Let's assume, you stumbled over this page, PoRoBa.com, and have no idea, what you're doing here. OK then, let me explain. This page is mostly dedicated to the game-framework "PoRoBa". PoRoba is effectively a group of programs that allow anybody (without programming experience) to create cool turn-based games for the PocketPC platform beginning from at least WindowsCE 3.0. The program is developed mostly by a single person, KoMaXX, who has his own personal homepage on the poroba.com domain as well. There is a blog and some cool projects, so check it out!

So, what can you do here?

On this page you get a lot more of information about PoRoBa and its current development process. Therefore check primarily the page news; you will find there the developer's diary. Note, that this page was launched long after the development on PoRoBa began! Thus, not the entire development-process is documented there. Even more information is gathered in the FAQ page. Go there first, if you have PoRoBa already and encounter any problems. Also check the bugs page if you find something's going wrong. If the bug is not listed there, please drop me a line!

Of course, you can also download the current version of the PoRoBa-framework. I have to stress this: The framework. There is no actual content in there. To actually play something, you need campaigns. One source for campaigns will be on the campaigns page soon. But, as I plan to publish the Editor with which anyone can create campaigns freely, you may find campaigns anywhere in the web.

Well, and if you like what my friends and me have created, feel very free to contribute! The more people toy around with poroba, the more fun for you!
